A future Broadway Musical hopeful, Alex got her name from a new favorite show, thanks to a favorite character and a random line that played as she created her journal:
The show is Wicked.
Delusional: The line playing was from Defying Gravity- Can't I make you understand/You're having delusions of granduer?
Rose: As in Nessa, Nessarose, one of the two characters Alex is hopeful to play someday (Elphaba is the other); and as in the beautiful flower, a rose, as well.
